Does anyone remember a show from the late 90s/ early 00s about a guy who was sent back in time to high school?

All I remember is that the main character narrated the show like
Ralphie in A Christmas Story and on one episode he tried to get his
dad to invest in the Internet, and his mom invented post-it notes.
Also on a Halloween episode he dressed up like the ghostbusters but
the movie hadn't been invented yet. I think it was on NBC and came on
after freaks and geeks.
